Please read through our detailed shipping policy to understand how we handle your order, including any restrictions on THC products based on state laws.


Order Processing Time:

  • Processing Times: All orders placed are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the following business day.

  • Pre-Orders & Backorders: For any products listed as pre-orders or backorders, please note that processing times may extend beyond the standard window. You will receive an estimated shipping date at the time of your order.

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase. Once your order is processed, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.


Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Standard shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days once your order is processed, but this may vary based on your location and external conditions such as carrier delays or holidays.

  • Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping options, including 2-day and overnight delivery. Expedited shipping will be subject to additional fees, calculated at checkout, and is dependent on your location.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over a specific value may qualify for free shipping. The eligibility and minimum purchase threshold will be displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping Carriers: We partner with major carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure timely delivery. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.


Restricted States for THC Product Shipping:

Due to legal regulations regarding THC products, Earthly Zens cannot ship any items containing THC to the following states:

  • Idaho
  • Iowa
  • Kansas
  • Nebraska
  • South Dakota
  • Wyoming

We adhere to both federal and state laws regarding the sale and distribution of THC-related products. This list is subject to change based on legal updates, and we recommend customers regularly check their state laws regarding THC products before placing an order.

  • Important Note: If you attempt to place an order for THC products to a restricted state, those items will automatically be removed from your order, and you will be notified by email. In such cases, non-THC products will be shipped as usual.

  • Responsibility Disclaimer: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products they purchase comply with their local, state, and federal laws. Earthly Zens is not responsible for any legal ramifications resulting from the purchase of products to restricted areas.


Delivery & Tracking:

  • Delivery Locations: We deliver to both residential and commercial addresses across the United States, except for the restricted states mentioned above.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

  • Missed or Late Deliveries: If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a missed delivery attempt or delayed shipment, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. Shipping Restrictions & Exceptions:

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: At this time, Earthly Zens does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any territories outside of the continental U.S.

  • Delivery to Multiple Addresses: If you need to send items to multiple addresses, you must place a separate order for each destination. We do not split shipments to multiple addresses within a single order.

  • Temperature-Sensitive Products: Some of our products, including those with THC or other plant-based ingredients, may be sensitive to heat or cold. During extreme weather conditions, we may delay shipments to ensure the quality and integrity of your products.


Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:

  • Non-THC Products: We offer returns and exchanges for non-THC products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase. Please contact us at returns@earthlyzens.com to initiate a return or exchange.

  • THC Products: Due to federal and state regulations, Earthly Zens does not accept returns or exchanges of any THC-containing products. If you have any issues with your THC purchase, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will address the issue on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged items).


International Shipping:

At this time, Earthly Zens does not offer international shipping. We are working towards expanding our services globally and will update our policy when international shipping becomes available.
